This tune appears in the closing credits of the film "A Risky Undertaking" directed by Anna Shine. See www.facebook.com/RiskyUndertaking.
The title refers to how many people are forced to spend all of their "free" time in a car, in a traffic jam, getting to and from their place of work. It seems that few people question why the authorities in control of the country have allowed a situation to develop in which everyone must work all the time to make ends meet.
